Install scheduleUs Publisher
To start the installation, double-click the scheduleUs Setup.exe file you downloaded from the Internet. If you have a CD, insert it and the installation should start automatically. Follow the on screen instructions.
Your Publisher ID
A Publisher ID is assigned to your organization during the initial registration process.
Click on Help | About menu to display your Publisher ID.
scheduleUs users can also download calendars by specifying your Publisher ID in the scheduleUs Family software.
Set up your web server
Create a directory for scheduleUs on your web server where calendars will be available for display and download OR use scheduleUs Hosting.
Establish FTP access
scheduleUs Publisher uses the FTP protocol to publish HTML calendars to the scheduleUs directory on your web site. Make sure you have FTP access to the directory on your web server that you have setup for scheduleUs. Visitors to your web site do not need FTP access. scheduleUs will use the HTTP protocol to display and download calendar information to them.
Identify your calendars To add a new calendar, click the New Calendar button and specify a name. Make sure to use a name that will be meaningful to visitors that download the calendar.
Add Events
To add events, click the Add Events button or double click on the date and time of the event.
Publish
After completing your calendars, click the Publish button. Your calendars will be FTP'd to your scheduleUs directory. The P999.index.html (where 999 is your Publisher ID) page will be created and will contain a list of all of your organization's calendars. Each calendar can be displayed by clicking on its link in P999.index.html page.
Create a link on your Website to the P999.index.html page in your scheduleUs directory
Anyone can visit your website and view the html calendars. This will enable scheduleUs users to download calendars to their home computers.
