How do I backup my data?
Backing up everything in the Calendar subdirectory
under scheduleUs will save all of your calendar information. Your calendar
data is also stored on your website and can be retrieved from there.
Custom-created XSL style sheets should be backed up as well. |

include the URL of your Website as well as the path to the scheduleUs
directory (i.e., http://www.yoursite.com/scheduleUs). |
 |
I entered incorrect data. Is there a way to back out my changes?
Yes as long as you have not published the changes.
By using the Retrieval Wizard, you can restore calendars from your Website
back to your scheduleUs Publisher machine. Click on the Retrieve button
and follow the on screen instructions. Your Web calendars will be listed
and you can retrieve any calendar you wish. |

My hard drive crashed, what do I have to do to re-install the
product?
Install scheduleUs and enter your original License
Key and the same email address you specified during the original
installation. You may be sent an email with an Activation Code. Follow the
instructions in the email to activate scheduleUs Publisher. If you have a
current backup of your scheduleUs Publisher Calendar directory, you can
install it now. If you do not have a backup, click the Retrieve button to
start the Retrieval Wizard. You will need to re-enter the site URL of the
scheduleUs directory (i.e., www.yoursite.com/scheduleUs). A list of all of
your calendar files will be presented. Select them all. All your calendar
data will be restored; however, any Resources you might have defined will

No. However, Resources can be used by the Publisher to help prevent the overbooking of a resource such as a ball field, a gym, A/V equipment, etc. We suggest you use the Detailed display (in the upper right hand corner of the Daily or Weekly displays) and look for a color overlapping the same time period. Please note that Resource information is not published to your Web calendars. |
