to your organization when designated by the buyer at time of purchase. 
How do you sign up?
 Simply complete our application form and we will send you the Rewards Terms and Conditions and an Agreement outlining our commitment to your organization. Registration requirements vary from state-to-state, but we will make every effort to get you enrolled as quickly as possible.
How does it work?
When a member of your community decides to purchase scheduleUs Family, they will be presented with the option of entering your Promotion Code at the time of purchase. We will send enrolled organizations a check for $5.00 for each purchase made against their Promotion Code.
Checks are mailed every 90 days and payment is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the program.
