How do I view more hours in the Daily/Weekly display?
Click on the My Preferences button at the bottom
of the scheduleUs window or by selecting File, My Preferences from the
menu bar. Now click on the Calendar tab. From this point you are able to
change the viewable times for your calendars. |

Does scheduleUs need to be installed on the "C:" drive?
No, you can install scheduleUs on any drive you'd like. |

Resource, what is the "Initials" field used for?
Initials are used to see the resources on a non-color printer and on your PDA. |

How do I change my email address?
It is important to keep this address up-to-date,
as this is the address that will be used for all registration-related
issues. You must be online to use this feature. If you are not online, you
will be prompted. Select Help, Maintain Email Address from the menu
bar. The dialog will open, displaying your current email address
and the OK button will be disabled. After you entered the new email
address, you will receive a confirmation message stating that your email
address has been changed. |

I want to print a schedule (daily, weekly or monthly) of one member of my family, how do I only print one person's schedule?
To print or view only one person's schedule, you
can uncheck all other resources except the one you would like to print by
clicking the Family Resource button in the lower portion of the screen. |

Can I make an event span more then one day?
Yes, by creating the event and selecting Repeating
Event, then selecting Daily, and either entering the end date or entering
the number of occurrences. (Otherwise you will need to create an event for
each day.) |

Can I change
events in calendars brought in from the Internet?
Yes you can, but if the calendar is updated from the web, your changes will go away. |

Where can I find the publisher's ID to get calendars?
Select the Get Calendar button on the tool bar. Now select the Use Browser to Find Publishers button. This option will allow you to search for published calendars by zip code, city or publisher name. |

How often should I check for Web Updates (Software or Calendar)?
scheduleUs can be set to automatically check for software and calendar updates from within the My Preferences window, Update tab. This is the preferred method of updating. This option will only update if there is an active internet connection at the time you open scheduleUs. If you do not have an active connection, you will see a message that states you are not currently connected and you can cancel the update at this time. |

How do I change an event?
While in the Daily or Weekly View, double clicking on any event will open the Maintain Event window. You can also single click an event to highlight it, and select Edit, Edit Event from the menu bar. Now you can make any changes you like BUT make sure you select OK to save the changes to your calendar. If you select Cancel after making changes to an event, you will receive a message asking if you want to save the changes made. From the Event List View, you can edit events by single clicking in the appropriate field and making your changes. |

Are the calendars I've brought over from the web updated automatically?
Yes, by confirming that the Check for Calendar Updates on Start up in My Preferences, Updates tab is selected and you are connected to the internet when opening scheduleUs. You can also update the calendars manually by selecting Calendars and either Process Updates or Web Updates. |

What is a Category?
Categories allow you to identify an event type for future sorting in the Event List. After adding a category, you can turn it on or off from within Available Calendars. Just click on the + in front of the calendar name. You can create as many categories as you find useful. This is not a required field. |

What's the difference between an owner and a resource?
An owner is the resource that is the primary event participant. You can also associate other resources to the same event. An event can only have one owner. The event will be highlighted with the owner's coordinated color. |

I cancelled the Setup Wizard at Install, how do I get back to it?
Select Help, Setup Wizard from the menu bar. |

I need to enter many events, how can I move quickly through Add Event?
To enter events, there are many options. After repeated use of scheduleUs, you will find one that works best for you. Here is one we suggest:
Click the Add Event button on the tool bar. After you have added the necessary information, click on the New button at the bottom of the Maintain Events window. This will add the current event to your calendar, and start a new event in one click!
Remember, you can also import appointments from text
files such as CSV (comma separated values) and tab-limited text. |

I've lost my
menu bar, how do I get it back?
Click on the My Preferences button at the bottom
of the scheduleUs window or by selecting File, My Preferences from the
menu bar. On the General tab you will see an option Display Menu Bar. By
checking or un-checking the box, you can turn the Menu Bar off or on. |

Can I get the same schedule on multiple PDA's with scheduleUs Family?
Yes! scheduleUs Family will sync with as many PDA's as you have. Be aware that if you have the same events on some or all of the PDA's you with have multiple copies of these events after syncing. We have worked on this with many PDA users and you can call us for extra tips on syncing with multiple
PDAs. |

After syncing with scheduleUs Family, do I need the program installed on all of the PCs that I sync my PDA with?
No, scheduleUs loads nothing onto the PDA and merely uses the Palm DateBook to store the events. You can continue to sync with any other PC and the information with sync as usual. |
