Program Updates
scheduleUs is designed to automatically check for updates to the application when you start up.
You are given the option to download any available updates at that time. If, however,
you choose to download later, you can follow these steps to get your updates:
- Open scheduleUs.
- Select the Help menu from the top most menu bar.
- Select “Check for New Updates”
- scheduleUs will go out to the internet and check for updates.
- You can install any available
updates that are listed.
To display the scheduleUs Build number, select the Help Menu
form the top most menu bar and then select About.

Published calendars on the web using the monthly format, each month in 2004 has an extra day:
This is easily corrected by downloading the updated monthly XSL style sheet from the link below.
It is in a Winzip file, which you then extrat to:C:\Program Files\scheduleUs Publisher directory and overwrite the existing file.
This was reported as a bug and will be fixed in version 1.3. In the meantime you can download this file:

Corrects various errors that occur during a HotSync that prevent the sync from completing successfully.

Patch - Build 239:
Corrects annual repeating events
synced from the PalmTM to scheduleUs. Prior to Build 239, annual repeating events that were created on the PalmTM and synced to scheduleUs appeared on Jan 1st in scheduleUs. The event in the PalmTM still retains the correct date. After applying this patch, you
must:
- In scheduleUs, go to Jan 1st and edit the events
- Change the date
- Click on the Repeating Event Button
- Click OK on the Event Recurrence dialog
- Click OK on the Maintain Event dialog
Any new annual repeating events created on the PalmTM will sync correctly. Users downloading the newest software from the web and applying this patch will not experience this
issue. |
